Atlas — Identity & Web, 2026
(— THE BRIEF)
Project overview. Atlas Climate had outgrown a logo that no longer matched its ambition. They needed an identity and editorial website that could carry a new wave of investors, partners, and talent. We built a confident, restrained system rooted in clarity and momentum. The result reads less like a startup and more like an institution shaping the next decade.

Atlas Climate was scaling fast, but its brand had stayed still. The old identity, built for a scrappy seed-stage team, now had to stand beside global institutions, governments, and capital partners. The challenge was not a new logo. It was a new posture: confident without being loud, ambitious without overpromising.
Approach
We started with language before form. A week of interviews and workshops surfaced a single organising idea — momentum with restraint. Every decision after that bent toward it: a wordmark with tension in its negative space, an editorial grid that lets whitespace carry weight, and one electric accent reserved for moments that matter.
The brand should feel inevitable, as if it had always looked this way.
From the system we built outward: a typographic hierarchy that doubles as layout, a photographic art direction grounded in real climate work, and a motion language that moves with purpose rather than decoration.
Outcome
The new Atlas launched alongside a fresh round of funding and a refreshed editorial website. The identity now reads less like a startup and more like an institution shaping the next decade — exactly the posture the team needed to attract the partners and talent its next chapter demands.
